Trendiest women’s hairstyles and hair-straightening secrets
Trendiest 2025/2026 season cuts, including Bob, B-fly, Bullet, Bixie, from famous hairdresser Daiga Poriete on 1 November at 12:00. Tips on ways to straighten and reconstruct hair efficiently on the first day of the trade from popular Lithuanian hairdressers Zana Muravjova and Viktorija Kuhta Malina at 16:00. Female hairstyling masterclasses from artists like Tamāra Kaņuka, Kristaps Lācis, Inta Helmane, Jeļena Koļesnikova, Ilona Rudoviča and Daiga Poriete all day long. Men’s cuts, African braids and Silk Touch
If you want to see how Silk Touch collection is made, do not miss out on popular hairstylist Inese Alšāne’s workshop on 2 November at 11:00. And from 11:30 to 19:00 there will be men’s haircut marathon with masterclasses from artists like Konstantins Gorohovs, Alita Briede, Maksims Juferovs, Ksenija Jasinska, Alīna Selezņova, Daiga Lapina and Kristaps Slakteris. “TOP 24 African haircuts” is the masterclass from Marija Jermolajeva un Olga Feldmane that will take place on Saturday at 16:30.
Macaroon Dreams and hottest hairstyles for men
Enchanting beauty of blond hue with easy to understand and use colouring and bleaching techniques from exceptional German hairdresser Dania Bredtmann and her Latvian colleague Marina Lāce on 3 November at 11:00. Jekaterina Kums from Estonia will showcase colouring innovations and Plex technology for safe colouring and bleaching at 14:30. But the biggest event of the festival, workshop of the marvellous German Wahl trainer and expert Stani Avezov who will demonstrate participants some of the hottest cuts, will start at 14:30. Informative conferences for hairstylists
For the first time in the history of Baltic Beauty there will be two hairstyling conferences. Baltic Barber conference. Inside Barbershop on 2 November, which will focus on auxiliary Barbershop services, marketing, upskilling, role of ambassadors in modern business environment and many other topics. Experience stories from exceptional masters of this craft: Artem Komornyi (Ukraine), Sergey Mandziuk (Lithuania), Dāvids Trukšāns (Latvia), Peter Stolze (Germany) and others. Moderated by the skilful barber from Liepāja Raitis Reteris, it is a must-go for male hairdressers. And the Colouring conference.
This highly-creative and informative conference, which will also take place on 2 November, is particularly focused on colouring stylists. Discussions on topics like financial and business models, excellence and various tips and trick will be moderated by Style Academy Create in Riga creative director Natālija Rivoņenko.
Fierce competition at Ķīpsala
Hairstyling competitions, requiring stylists to show their original fashion sense and create modern overall look, unusual trim or arrangement, delicate bride’s do or fantasy hair, will have more than 20 different categories. Open Hairstyling School Cup, which has been attracting growing number of future hairstyling professionals from Lithuania and Estonia, will also be part of this year’s Baltic Beauty. Contestants can still register in their preferred categories.
Baltic Best Barber Championship
This year barber championship will be truly international. Best barbers in the Baltics will be competing in three categories: BUZZ CUT, SIDEPART and CROP. Professionals from Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia will be joined by contestants from other countries in competition organised in partnership with Wahl.
All-new hair products
Like professionals, all other visitors will also have an opportunity to see, explore, try and purchase the most current beauty industry products. For example, Vitalfarko, the popular Italian brand, is coming to Baltic Beauty to find cooperation partners in the Baltics and Scandinavia. Oolaboo, the high-end Netherlands producer of hair care products, and Latvian Lavidoux, which has made good progress on the UK, US and German markets, are also finally coming to Latvia. Latvian brand One:Zero, the creation of famous Latvian influencer Kristīna Andža, will present its hair care products, including their newest to date – beautiful line of hairbrushes with hog bristle. Frizieru serviss will also bring lots of exciting things for both the professionals and consumers – hair diagnostics, Hairmed products and lots of other brands to choose from.
Largest beauty festival in the Baltics
The largest Baltic beauty industry trade show Baltic Beauty 2024 will take place at the Ķīpsala Expo centre on 1-3 November. Newest cosmetic products, technologies, procedures and approaches will be presented by 320 companies from 16 countries.
