"AkvaRīga": a sanctuary for aquatic animals

"AkvaRīga" is the only aquatic pet sanctuary in the European Union.
The shelter offers rehabilitation for abandoned aquatic pets, as well as advises on their basic care. The long-term goal of "AkvaRīga" is to become the first humane aquarium in the world.
