This year the exhibition "Skola 2024" will offer prospective students the opportunity to meet and talk to representatives of Ventspils University of Applied Sciences not only about the endless opportunities, but also about the studies and life beyond them.
Visitors will have the opportunity to get acquainted with 15 study programs offered at Ventspils University of Applied Sciences in various fields, such as business, electronics, computer science, translation studies, public relations etc. Studies at Ventspils University of Applied Sciences are offered at all levels – starting from professional higher education to doctoral level studies, so everyone can find their own path to the future here in Ventspils!
VeA offers a range of business-related study programs, including:
? "Business Administration" – Study part-time on Saturdays.
? "Start-Up Management" – Study a unique, one-of-a-kind program in the Baltics
? "Business Management" – Specialize in marketing, international relations management or finance.

Ventspils University of Applied Sciences has several modern electronics laboratories that are occupied by the new electrical engineers for studies. At the exhibition there will also be an opportunity to look at robots and talk to students of the study program “Electrical Engineering” about the study process, developed projects and extensive internship opportunities located both in Latvia and abroad, such as, the European space Agency. The Faculty of Information Technology also provides opportunities to learn about the IT field at the Bachelor's and Master's levels, as well as the chance to get a programmer qualification in just two years!
The Faculty of Translation Studies in trains the best translators and interpreters in Latvia, teaching them not only English, Russian, and German, but also French, Spanish and Chinese! Ventspils University of Applied Sciences students and graduates provide translation services to the Parliament of the Republic of Latvia or Saeima, the European Parliament, and many other translation companies. Graduates of the Faculty of Translation Studies are in high demand in the job market due to their excellent knowledge, therefore if you attend Ventspils University of Applied Sciences, you will not have to worry about your future!
