Exhibition costs
The price for exhibit space includes:
- project team’s support and advice on participation issues;
- participant badges, parking passes;
- admission cards for your customers (number of complimentary cards depends on space rented; additional cards can be purchased at a half of the ticket base price);
- information about your special offer during the fair (previously submitting a description of your offering);
- information about your company in the e-catalogue, entry in the list of participants;
- information about your company or product in fair’s website adding the link to your company’s website.
Base price of exhibit space per square metre.
All prices are excluding VAT 21%.
• Non-equipped exhibit space indoors:
1) car exhibition - EUR 28 per m²
2) exhibition of garage tools, equipment – EUR 60 per m²
• Exhibit space outdoors:
1) car exhibition – EUR 24 per m²
• Participation fee (one-off) - 100 EUR
SAMPLE - cars exposition for one car:
25 m² x 28 EUR / m² + 100 EUR = 800 EUR
Car parts and accessories exposition for small stand:
12 m² x 60 EUR / m² + 100 EUR = 820 EUR
Book timely – after 15.02. prices increase by 20%
Additional costs:
- an exhibit space with a standard exhibition stand – 24 EUR / m²;
- Building up individually designed stand – agreed upon price, design samples please see here

The basic stand building includes assembly and dismantling of the stand, lighting and the company's name on the cornice of the stand.

Additional Equipment
We offer additional services and equipment for each stand: stand constructions, furniture, carpets, electricity and creating advertising banners, hanging objects in ceilings and receiving other services.
