House I 2023 attracts immense visitor interest

26 March was the last day of the House I 2023 construction fair, which took up two halls and an outdoor exhibition area at the Ķīpsala International Exhibition Centre, with 323 companies from Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Belgium, Germany, Poland, Ukraine, United Kingdom, and Romania showing what’s new in the construction industry. Over its four days, 27,763 people came to see its many and diverse exhibits, 10,000 more than last year!

The fair’s participants offered everything one may need to build or remodel a house: construction and finish materials, heating and ventilation equipment, tools, work clothes and shoes, electric wiring and lighting gear, plumbing products, doors, windows, roofing, cleaning gear, gates, fences, saunas, landscaping products, and much more.

Pre-fab houses by various producers also enjoyed great interest from the fair’s guests. They took the chance to take a look inside these houses and talk to company representatives to find out about the materials used in the manufacture, installation, production times, and to get answers to other questions.

Guests of House I 2023 took advantage of the opportunity to get advice from various specialists, including experts in finance and insurance.

Meanwhile, the fair featured a number of seminars and presentations on current topics. Visitors could get the latest information about how to improve the energy efficiency of apartment buildings and learn everything about installing, connecting, starting-up, and operating heat pumps. Given the current trends in heating solutions, the fair also hosted a seminar on heating that is friendly to the environment and human health, with practical advice on the choice of heating equipment and fuels, correct operation of heating equipment, and the co-financing options for replacing heating equipment. There was also a chance to see a presentation on the new Kronospan decor collection and interior design trends.
