Real estate sector and human factor
During Māja I 2025, Latvian Realtors Association (LANĪDA), together with Citadele bank, will gather real estate professionals for the conference Real estate sector and human factor on 27 March in the Conference Hall 1. Conference will focus on people and their impact on the real estate market through various interactions as buyer, seller, developer, investor or intermediary. “Real estate market should not be perceived as only numbers and figures with transactions and financing arrangements. There is a human being behind every decision, with their emotions, experiences and ability to trust. The issues that conference explores are relevant for everyone who has been part of this dynamic industry,” Aigars Šmits, Chairman of LANĪDA’s board, says with conviction.
