March ends with lots of hustle and bustle at the Ķīpsala Expo Centre as the largest Baltic construction industry trade fair Māja I 2025 took place, bringing together numerous industry professionals and large crowds of visitors. Ķīpsala became the must-go place for everyone who needs or does building jobs or home improvements.
Māja I 2025 welcomed altogether 398 companies from nine countries (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Germany, Poland, Denmark, Spain, Austria and Ukraine) with their diverse range of products or services. Exhibitors occupied both pavilions of the Expo Centre and also outdoor exhibition space, which, by the way, this year was twice as big as before. Over the course of four days, trade fair attracted the total of 26 610 visitors.
Māja I 2025 trade fair offered everything for clients, architects, builders/developers and everything who needs to build or repair something.
Exhibitors showcased a wide variety and diversity of products/services – from construction materials, finishing products, roofing materials and all kinds of floor covers to heating and ventilation systems, plumbing, electrical systems, lighting systems, sewage treatment systems, doors, windows, gates, fences, solar panels, saunas and interior design elements. Visitors could buy also various tools, instruments and special work apparel.
Visitors of Māja I 2025 were especially interested in various hand-held manual tools and equipment. Visitors could go to exhibitors and test these tools, receive advice and find the right instrument for their project. Visitors were also able to attend various demonstrations and compare the properties and ergonomic qualities of tools made different brands, which definitely made purchasing decisions on specific tools a lot easier for many.
Another visitor favourite was the ever-growing range of prefabricated homes. Māja I 2025 showcased around 20 different prefab house designs, including modern and energy efficient home design options. Manufacturers also offered consultations on available building layout options, materials and assembly, and, of course, there were special trade fair deals and prices.
Māja I 2025 also displayed a wide variety of various roofing covers, including conventional and more contemporary solutions that will fit various styles of architecture and design. Fa?ade and terrace materials were also represented in similarly diverse fashion, catering to various tastes and needs.
As per usual, this year’s trade fair also had strong event component, with numerous conferences, for example, about construction industry development strategy and challenges, about influence of human factor on real estate business. Visitors could consult experts about home financing options and property management aspects.
