Carrot bread



The Carrot Bread is a hand-baked soft rye bread based on old traditions - exclusively from pearled rye flour and with natural yeast. A mild taste is obtained by adding healthy carrots grown in Latvia, a rich source of vitamins that give the bread a much higher value and a unique taste. This bread is only half as sour as Real Rye Bread.
Carrot bread is healthy and valuable because it is made from 100% rye flour. E-substances and preservatives, as well as yeast, are not added to it. Carrot bread is 100% natural!
