Goat milk cheese


Bonnie the goat and her friends live in the Central Vidzeme Upland, in the beautiful and mountainous Ērgļi region, on the shores of Lake Jumurda. The diverse grasses of the organic meadows give the goat's milk a special flavor bouquet, which is even more pronounced in the cheese made from the milk. The cheese is aged on the shelves of a cheese cellar for 2-4 months, turned and polished daily until it acquires a refined flavor.
