Burrata

"Mozzarella.Lab" produced Burrata is a fresh Italian cheese consisting of a stretchy Mozzarella shell filled with creamy Stracciatella cheese. Our Burrata is famous for its rich milky and slightly sweet taste. It is a great addition to salads, pasta, grilled vegetables, and especially pizza, where Burrata cheese is added just before serving.
