Ricotta

"Mozzarella.Lab" produced Ricotta is a fresh, very mild dairy product with a creamy taste. In its production, we use superior quality Latvian milk, which also gives the cheese a pleasant smell of warm milk and hay. Ricotta cheese is suitable for filling pies and cheesecakes. It goes well with pasta, fresh berries, jams, honey, toasts and pastries.
