Cheese "Dilgėlė"


"Dilgėlė" is an exceptional cheese with a very distinctive smell and taste, made with nettle leaves. Nettle is one of the most useful wild plants. Its leaves contain the entire complex of vitamins: vitamin K, C, B2, and E, carotenoids (carotene turns into vitamin A in our body); contains iron, which is needed for the production of erythrocytes or other microelements (copper, manganese). The cheese is loved by customers of all ages. It can be a part of breakfast, dinner, party, or buffet menu. It is delicious eaten alone or with other products.
It is perfect with tea, a warm drink that only reveals the flavor characteristics of the cheese.
Cheeses are made only from fresh sweet milk and quality spices and herbs. We do not use any strong flavours or additives in our production. Our company specialises only in the production of cheese so all our love is dedicated to it. Our company follows the European standard. This means that there is a small family cheese shop meeting all European standards, and having the right to export products to another European country.
