It is a story about clean bread, natural ingredients, love and the joy of baking what others like. Pastry shop ,,Dabas Maize” offers eight types of bread: rye bread, rye bread with seeds, rye bread with cumin seeds, rye brad with hemp seeds, rye bread with onions and garlic, rye bread with lard and garlic, rye bread with dried tomatoes and pumpkin seeds and rye bread with dried fruits and hazelnuts.We are also proud of seven types of fruitcakes: carrot fruitcake, carrot fruitcake with blackcurrant, candied fruitcake, cranberry fruitcake, lemon fruitcake, quince fruitcake and holiday fruitcake.
