Taste the goat's milk caramels of Gredzenmuiža!

Gredzenmuiža offer will include white fresh cheese and goat’s milk caramel from white Saanen goats lovingly raised in the Biosphere Reserve of North Vidzeme (both in a jar as a spread and on a stick as a "chupachup"), as well as naturally colored and naturally dyed yarn (mohair) from Angora goats. And of course blackcurrant jam and herbal teas.

Goat milk caramel (in a jar as a spread) has been entered for The Baltic Taste Award 2023 competition. Exhibition visitors will be offered a tasting of this product at our stand, as well as an opportunity to purchase it.

Currently, I, Dace Šulce, am "hiding" under the Gredzenmuiža brand as a self-employed person, looking to the future with a hopeful view that, by keeping the Gredzenmuiža brand, this whole event will turn into a family business.
