1. Identify the purpose of your participation: sell products, services, present new products/services, sign preorders and identify target markets, find new clients, find new business partners, check out the competition, learn about key industry trends or any other goal.
2. Contact organisers and book exhibition space, discuss potential location and other participation-related issues, or submit an online application form and our project manager will get in touch with you.
3. After booking the space, it is time to design your booth and decide the size and other features of display. It is time to take care of other technical needs!
4. And then you just get ready. Train your people for exhibition, prepare more marketing and promotional materials, review the list of special exhibition activities. You contact your most loyal and potential clients and invite them to trade fair. Prepare a little media statement about your company’s current and future initiatives and our PR managers will post it on Children’s World webpage.
