Auto trade show is picking up speed as we move towards April, closer to car reveals and special surprises at the Ķīpsala International Expo Centre

The largest automotive industry event in the Baltics, international motor show Auto 2025, will take place on 25–27 April, bringing together petrolheads and industry professional at the Ķīpsala Expo Centre for the 30th time. If you like cars, this is your opportunity to see the new car models, mobility solutions, commercial vehicles, charging stations, spectacular hobby cars, sports cars, car tools and workshop instruments. There will also be a special anniversary surprise!

“Last year we recorded the biggest visitor turnout in recent years. We even had to stop visitor movement at one point because of safety concerns. This only shows that people are keen to see what the trade fair can offer in terms of cars and events. This, of course, serves as an additional motivation for the exhibitors – we already know that Auto 2025 will be even bigger show, in terms of the number of cars, than last year. Moreover, because of anniversary, this year’s event will not only have exciting car reveals but also a very interesting vehicle from Scandinavia,” Gints Šāvējs, Director of Auto 2025, suggests with a hint of a surprise.

New cars – astonishingly extensive range of new models and expert advice
New car section of the show will offer even greater diversity and number of new models compared to last year. Your new car is definitely among them! Volkswagen, Audi, Cupra, Škoda, Citroen, Peugeot, Opel, Fiat, Jeep, Alfa Romeo, Renault, Dacia, KGM, Isuzu, Suzuki, Honda, Hyundai, Nissan, Subaru, Ford, Mazda, MAN, BYD, SWM Shineray, Skyworth and new editions from many other manufacturers will be on display at Ķīpsala. If you are a car enthusiast, you should not miss out on an opportunity to see car manufacturer brands that are yet to come to Baltics and Europe.

KIA is returning to the show after a 10 year absence, bringing lots of exciting news. Asian manufacturers like Dongfeng, Forthing, Voyah, M-Hero, which are lesser known in the Baltics, will also be widely represented at the Ķīpsala Expo Centre in April. After successful debut last year, Great Wall Motors will return even more reinvigorated. There will also be another Asian brand that will be revealed later!

The stand of Whatcar?, car review platform for buyers, attracted large crowds in previous years with their Porsches and Aston Martin. This year, with Auto 2025, will be no different – lots of exclusive stuff to come.

Dealers representing various car brands are promising special deals during Auto 2025. There will also be professionals who will be able to consult visitors on various issues, including questions about state EV support programmes and advantages of owning an electric car.

Auto Mechanics – from car maintenance products to equipment
Auto Mechanics will also offer various novelties and innovations alongside car dealerships. There will be wide range of latest maintenance products, charging stations, parts, tools, workshop equipment and other products. Eneos oils from DansG, Stonder car care chemicals from Rags, Meguiar’s car cosmetics from Auto palete, anti-corrosion products and treatments from Kurbads and Line-X. Autofavorīts and Baltic Diagnostic Service will showcase their car lifts on all three days. New products from Grass chemie, TSC Duals, Gumi LV, Signeda, Vējstikli, 3M, Ronika, Proring, Auto pārstrāde, Fevex and many others. In addition, you can also attend InterCars technical training workshops.

Auto Exotica – spectacular shows, unusual hobby and sports cars
Hobby car movement, which revolves around customised or carefully restored cars that are driven as a hobby or on weekends, is still alive and kicking. Alongside powerful and tuned cars, numerous hobby cars will comprise the section of the show called Auto Exotica. Rimz, a company that offers exclusive premium custom forged wheels, will showcase the extensive range of its products at the Auto Exotica, as well as displaying a newest model of a well-known Italian supercar brand. This year’s show will also present the Auto Exotica Awards, a prize that is awarded to the best cars in the Auto Exotica section.

How we did last year
Three-day motor show attracted 34,601 visitors, or 21% more than a year earlier and 12,000 visitors more than in 2022. New cars, tuning masterpieces, classic cars, mobility solutions, commercial vehicles, workshop equipment, tools and other automotive innovations were presented by the total of 165 exhibiting companies from 9 countries: Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Germany, Finland, Italy, Poland, Seden and Ukraine.
