Topošos vecākus bez maksas konsultēs sertificēta dūla un zīdīšanas konsultante Inga Babure

Only on March 7th, at the exhibition “Kids Expo Riga 2025”, future mothers and fathers will be provided with free consultations by Inga Babure, a certified doula and breastfeeding consultant with over ten years of experience.

During the waiting period, when both the mother and both parents tend to have many different worries and questions, emotional support can be received from doulas. These are specially trained women (in Latvia, a full doula program lasts three years) who can provide emotional, informative and physical support during pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period.

By registering in advance, in a 20-minute consultation with Inga Babure, you will be able to talk about what you did during pregnancy, gain knowledge and new skills, discuss possible additional support, find out what the difference is between a dad doula and a midwife doula, as well as discuss what a birth plan is and why it often does not come true.

You can register for doula Inga Babure's consultations from February 6.

When registering, please indicate the current question, which will help specialists plan a more effective consultation. All consultations and seminars can be attended at no additional cost with an invitation or a ticket to the “Kids Expo Riga 2025” exhibition, as well as for participants.
