RIGA COMM 2016 business and innovation fair

The business technology and innovation fair RIGA COMM 2016 that presented the latest IT solutions for businesses, innovative computers, devices and gadgets, and an extensive programme of events at Kipsala International Exhibition Centre completed successfully on 23 October. The RIGA COMM 2016 attendance reached 3350 that is an increase by 46% (!) in comparison with last year.

“We managed to achieve the set goals for this year – to boost attendance reaching the highest numbers so far – owing to the extensive and interesting content, marketing activities and participant responsiveness," tells Andris Breške, a manager of RIGA COMM. "It is satisfying that one in five visitors (18%) attended the fair both days thus grabbing the opportunity to enrich their knowledge. Only few visitors did it in previous years,” he adds.

RIGA COMM 2016 presented 94 participating companies and organisations from Latvia, Lithuania, Estonian, Sweden and Finland. Visitors had two days to get acquainted with the latest IT solutions for business, attend workshops, listen to world-class experts at the Business Innovation Conference, meet potential partners in the matchmaking event, visit the Internet of Things Conference held in the Baltic States for the first time, see the latest consumer electronics products entering the Latvian market, be inspired by gadgets and smart inventions developed in Latvia and other countries. Many visitors took the opportunity to send organisers questions on specific business solutions before the event to get expert answers during the fair.
