In May the largest metalworking and mechanical engineering fair in the Baltics “Tech Industry 2022” is coming to Kipsala International Exhibition Centre
From 19 to 21 May, Kipsala International Exhibition Centre will host “Tech Industry 2022”, an international trade fair for mechanical engineering, metalworking, automation, electronics, electrical engineering, manufacturing materials, tools and new technologies, which will offer large-scale presentation of the newest equipment, tools and technologies.
The trade fair “Tech Industry 2022” will take place in two halls and will gather more than 250 companies from Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic, Italy, France, Austria, Slovenia, Spain, Ukraine, Hungary, China and other countries. The fair will also feature the Latvian national collective stand for visitors to get acquainted with the offer of domestic manufacturers and the Innovation Stand to see the latest Latvian developments in the field.
“Tech Industry” presents current industry news and trends – the fair offers all the latest and widest range of solutions for metalworking, metal products, mechanical engineering, construction, automation, electronics, electrical engineering, automotive, road and bridge construction, ship, railway and aircraft construction, agriculture, water supply, heating and other related industries, all in one place.
Grand equipment and technology demonstrations
During the three days, European and world equipment manufacturers will come together in Kipsala to show advanced metalworking and industrial equipment, mechanical engineering and welding equipment, power tools, air flow technologies and hydraulic technologies, metalworking products, automation and control systems, hydraulic equipment, measuring equipment, electronics and electrical equipment, gas supply equipment, warehouse equipment, work protection equipment, packaging and materials, loading and unloading equipment, etc.
Collective stand of Latvian manufacturers
This year, the Association of Mechanical Engineering and Metalworking Industries of Latvia (MASOC) is organising a collective cluster stand at the fair, representing Latvian mechanical engineering and metalworking companies. The companies will demonstrate a wide range of products and services – equipment and facilities for different sectors of the economy, solutions for the power industry, and all types of metalworking services.
Events for professionals
The trade offers workshops and discussions on topical issues in fields of mechanical engineering, metalworking, electronics and new technologies, bringing together a large number of entrepreneurs, representatives of professional organisations and public authorities.
International matchmaking for business contacts
From 18 to 20 May, the “Tech Industry 2022” matchmaking event will take place online and in person, where company representatives, scientists and experts from different countries will communicate and network on the following topics: mechanical engineering, metalworking, automation, electronics, electrical engineering, industrial raw materials, tools and innovative technologies. International conference
An international conference on “Smart Production – The Future of Europe” will take place on 20 May at 11.00 in Conference room 3. The conference is organized by MASOC, Latvian Technological Center and Mechanical Engineering Competence Center.
The official opening of “Tech Industry 2022” will take place on 19 May at 13.00 in Hall 2.
