For the first time ever Zviedrumaja.lv will bring standard design precast concrete private houses with excellent quality and quick assembly to Māja I. Visitors of Māja I 2024 will be offered prefabricated designs from various manufacturers that one can benchmark against one another based on professional advice provided by experts on site. Ministry of Economy and its “Let’s live warmer” campaign are one of the main partners of Māja I 2024. Throughout the trade fair, from 21st to 24th of March, campaign experts will help property managers, flat and homeowners understand what they need to make their renovation projects a success and how to choose the right energy efficiency solutions and benefits, as well as post-retrofitting management plans. “Let’s live warmer” is a stand where to go if you want to access Recovery and Resilience Facility or national residential, public and corporate property funding programmes, as well as funding schemes for various energy efficiency schemes.
