“Baltic Beauty 2024” will host international competitions for make-up artists, hairdressers and stylists!
On 3 November, Baltic Beauty 2024 will host three exciting and visually engaging competitions in the “World of Face and Body Beauty” hall: “Creative Makeup”, “Full Fashion Look” and “Red Carpet”, where make-up artists, stylists and hairdressers from Latvia and abroad will showcase their talents in the limelight.
“Competitions are an important stepping stone for young stylists to further their careers, they provide new opportunities and experiences. Experienced stylists also demonstrate their skills, knowledge and abilities in the competitions, showing current fashion trends,” says Una Bernatoviča, the organiser of the competition, a well-known stylist and the head of the Unastyle Image School-Studio.
The International Make-up Artist Competition “Creative Makeup” will grant participants complete freedom to utilise their artistic and creative imagination, as the main challenge is to create a really original and creative look in 60 minutes, which has to be reflected in a photo. In the International Stylist Competition “Full Fashion Look”, participants will be required to style a model backstage (hairstyle, make-up, outfit). On stage, the stylist will have five minutes to fix the model’s details to achieve a finished look. The objective of the competition is to create a contemporary look in line with the latest seasonal fashion trends. Competition Regulations:

Teams (hairdresser and make-up artist) or single specialists who style both hair and make-up will compete in the
International Make-up and Hairdressing Competition “Red Carpet”. After the model draw, the contestants will be asked to create a hairstyle and make-up to suit the model. Competition Regulations:

Application You can apply for the competitions by filling in the online application form by 1 October this year.

Prizes Valuable prizes from the competition sponsors will be awarded not only to the first three prize winners, but also to all participants.
Watch the competitions live and get inspired! On 3 November, from 10:00, you can follow the competition in person at Baltic Beauty 2024, support your colleagues and get inspired. The award ceremony for participants will take place from 15:30-16:30. There you will see all the best entries and the most outstanding stylists. The competitions are organised by Unastyle Image School-Studio.
