“Children’s World 2016” – useful for parents, fun for children!
The products of various companies in one place – a wide range of beds, clothes, prams, children’s car seats, toys and much more. In order for the parents and their children to have a good time, there will be many different playgrounds, a safety area and a large stage at the event! All of this is happening at the “Children’s World” fair from 8 to 10 April in Ķīpsala!
Everything a parent and a child needs in one place
Mothers, dads and parents-to-be, infants, babies and pupils, nannies and teachers – everyone will be able to find something useful at the fair. “Troll Smiltene”, “Elkor”, “LENO”, “MGS Factory”, “Baby-Vest”, “Deepy Sleepy”, “Hebe”, “Polarn O. Pyret”, “YappyKids”, “Eco Emi”, “Anna House”, “Zara Couture”, “Fliis Trade” – these are just a few of the companies that will be presenting their newest products at the fair. There will also be professionals who will recommend the products most suitable for every family, from goods for future parents, expectant mothers, newborns and infants, to things that are useful for kindergarten pupils and young school-goers.
The companies will be offering products and services that are already popular, as well as completely new ones, such as underwear for new mothers from “Bogema Lingerie” or the newest pram of the well-known brand “Tako”. Shopping at “Children’s World” will be even more enjoyable due to various discounts, gifts and other surprises! Overall, there will be approximately 120 companies from Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and other countries at the fair.
Professional advice and support
Parents will also have the opportunity to meet professionals of various fields at the fair in order to talk about issues they are most concerned with regarding the expecting, raising and instruction of a child. Thus, for example, this will be the first year when the fair will include PEP mothers who provide first emotional aid to parents during the period from the birth of the child even up until the child is 3 years old, helping the parents deal with various difficulties. Those expecting a baby will have a possibility to meet doulas who provide support during pregnancy and child-birth, whereas the parents of kindergarten pupils and young school-goers will be able to get acquainted with information about various educational interest groups!
Fun and exciting activities for children
In addition to products and services on offer, the fair will also include a “Children’s Town”, where more than 50 different education and initiative centres, activity studios, interest groups, sports schools, museums, clubs and creative groups will be offering children of different ages the chance to take part in various sporting activities, as well as to create artworks and experiment without any additional fees. There will also be a lot of things to do at the popular safety quarter – children and parents will be able to meet policemen, rescuers, electricians, medics and representatives of other special services who will teach everything about safety in various fun ways. And, as usual, there will be a main stage on which various dancing and singing performances will take place with children from Riga, Jelgava, Mārupe, Tukums, Liepāja, Ogre, Valmiera, Ādaži and other Latvian cities.
