Exhibition costs and documentation

The price for exhibit space includes:

  • project team’s support and advice on participation issues;
  • participant badges, parking passes; invitations to the opening reception;
  • admission cards for your customers (number of complimentary cards depends on space rented; additional cards can be purchased at a half of the ticket base price);
  • information about your special offer during the fair (previously submitting a description of your offering);
  • information about your company in the e-catalogue, entry in the list of participants;
  • information about your company or product in fair’s website adding the link to your company’s website.

  • an exhibit space with a standard exhibition stand – 24 EUR / m²;
  • Building up individually designed stand – agreed upon price.

Additional Equipment

We offer additional services and equipment for each stand: stand constructions, furniture, carpets, electricity and creating advertising banners, hanging objects in ceilings and receiving other services.

1. Space Only stand indoors – from 6 m² to 12 m² = EUR 54/m², excl. VAT.

2. Space Only stand indoors – from 13 m² to 24 m² = EUR 49/m², excl. VAT.

3. Space Only stand indoors – from 25 m² to 40 m² = EUR 46/m², excl. VAT.

4. Space Only stand indoors – from 41 m² and more = EUR 43/m², excl. VAT.

5. Adding STANDARD EQUIPMENT to a Space Only stand = EUR 24/m², excl. VAT:
OCTANORM walls, lighting (1000 lm per 3 m²), lettering on the name board (up to 16 characters free of charge).

6. Participation fee EUR 70 (one-off participation fee irrespective of the stand size rented)

International Exhibition Company BT 1 has an extensive experience in organising publicity campaigns; therefore, you can count on a massive publicity. However, it depends also on you whether mass media spot your company among other participants.
